Author Bio & Reviews

"I’ve struggled with generalized anxiety and depression since childhood, which eventually progressed to a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) in my mid to late teens. Intense bouts of anxiety as a child were often accompanied by severe stomach pains which I later discovered to be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Throughout my 20’s, I've succumbed to self-harming behaviors to distract myself from mental hurricanes; I've also battled alcohol and drug dependency for 15 years. Today, I live a clean and balanced life, dedicated to nurturing my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. With my energy now resonating at a higher frequency, I hope to one day help others who can relate to my journey." - Kimberley

Dear Kimberley,

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible book,

"Vagus Nerve Brain-Belly Reset"

I first read your book on Kindle and found it so insightful and helpful that I decided to order a hard copy to practice the exercises regularly.

Over the past year, I have been struggling with tension headaches. After conducting some research and following my doctor’s recommendations, I began incorporating exercises such as yoga, box breathing, and diaphragmatic breathing into my daily routine. These practices had already shown some positive effects, but your book provided the clarity, structure, and explanations I needed to enhance my healing journey.

Due to my health condition, I found it challenging to make notes of exercises or organize resources. I often struggled to sit, sleep, read, write, or even watch helpful videos. Your book feels like a manifestation of my intentions, arriving at the perfect time to guide me. I am incredibly grateful for the research and care you’ve put into explaining these exercises, as they have already proven to be transformative. I plan to gift this book to others who need help in their recovery.

I look forward to incorporating these practices more regularly and using your book as a trusted guide.

Thank you so much for writing this wonderful book.

I wish you all the best in your future works and look forward to seeing more of your insightful contributions.

With kind regards,

Damanpreet, K.
